| Urban vitality is an eternal theme in the field of urban planning.With the rapid development of Chinese cities,more and more scholars pay attention to and study urban vitality,and their researches tend to focus on how to design space of place to enhance vitality.They have carried out a large number of empirical studies.However,with the continuous deepening of the globalization process,space is no longer equivalent to space of place.Space is composed of space of place and space of flow.Therefore,we should study the relationship between vitality and space from space of place(energy dimension)and space of flow(information dimension).The connotation of urban vitality characterization in this study includes heat of vitality and vitality type.Heat of vitality is the external prosperity degree of vitality,and vitality type is the difference in its internal composition.The thesis puts forward three research hypotheses:(1)Space is composed of energy dimension(space of place)and information dimension(space of flow).(2)Energy-information dual-dimensional space jointly affects vitality,and the influence of information dimension is more significant.(3)Energy-information dual-dimensional space jointly affects the formation path of vitality types.The paper selects the most dynamic inner city in Guangzhou as a research case.Paper uses real estate rent and point of interest data to measure heat of vitality,and built environment data and fragmentation to identify vitality types.Constructing bank and express firm-space network and abstracting projection network of space(firm-based interlocking network)to capture the interaction space of "flow".The energy dimension is measured by building density,floor area ratio and fragmentation index.Establish a multiple regression model to test the impact of these two spatial dimensions on heat of vitality.Constructing a structural equation model to explore the influence of energy and information dimensions on the formation path of vitality types.The research shows : three regression analysis results show that increasing the dimensions of information can improve the interpretation of the vitality of heat,and heat of vitality is affected by both energy and information.It also shows to a certain extent that the information space dimension is more important than the energy space dimension.In the formation path of vitality types,from the perspective of the effect of information dimension and energy dimension on vitality types,the influence of information dimension on vitality types cannot be ignored and it occupies a dominant position in certain vitality types;From the perspective of the path structure,the structure of high-heat residential and commercial services is similar,the low-heat municipal and industrial buildings are similar,and the medium-heat public services are of their own,but increasing the intensity of spatial interaction can effectively enhance vitality.The two-part experiment can fully support the hypothesis that space is composed of two spatial dimensions,energy and information. |
