The rapid and high-precision initial alignment of the platform or the inertial group of the missile weapon system is an important part of the preparations for the missile launch.With the development,innovation and application popularization of our country’s Beidou satellite navigation technology,we reflect on the limitations of current missile weapon system orientation technology,and consider the technical advantages of using our country’s self-developed satellite navigation technology to achieve orientation and related political and military factors.It is the realization of the application of Beidou satellite navigation system to complete the establishment of the true north position of the missile weapon launch platform.The system is divided into two parts: the three-antenna Beidou directional sub-system and the baseline azimuth extraction sub-system.It is mainly composed of three navigation measurement antennas,a hardware receiver signal processing device,and a baseline azimuth extraction optical device.The three antennas form the two directional baselines of the common main antenna through a certain layout design.The antenna and the receiver complete the initial reception,acquisition and preliminary processing of the Beidou satellite signal,and the upper computer completes the communication with the receiver through the serial port and related command configuration.And data transmission,the binary message returned by the receiver is decoded according to the communication protocol to obtain data that can be used for directional calculation,and then the data is input into the designed directional algorithm,through a series of time synchronization,satellite selection,and carrier phase construction.The double-difference model,LAMBDA algorithm to remove the whole-cycle ambiguity and other processing realize the solution of the carrier phase double-difference model,obtain the baseline azimuth vector,and then solve the azimuth angle through coordinate transformation and other processing.The baseline azimuth extraction sub-system uses the geometric center of the antenna phase center instead of the geometric center to realize the display of the baseline vector,and further uses the total station and the 360°alignment prism to convert the baseline azimuth determined by the master and slave antennas to use The total station and the 360°prism aiming point of the corresponding main antenna indicate the collimation axis.In this process,the mean value fusion processing is carried out for the two baseline azimuth leads to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of determining the true north position.In summary,this article has thoroughly studied the three-antenna Beidou orientation and baseline azimuth extraction technology,proposed an overall system design scheme,and verified the correctness and effectiveness of the scheme through experiments.This study established and established the true north direction of the actual missile weapon system.The north direction azimuth lead provides an important reference.
