With the rapid development of fields such as biomedical engineering,microelectronics processing,precision machining and aerospace,precision driving technology has become one of the research hotspots of researchers.Inchworm-type piezoelectric actuator is a new type of precision actuator,which belongs to the important research direction of piezoelectric actuator technology,and has many advantages such as high resolution,large load capacity,large stroke,etc.so it has received extensive attention and research at home and abroad.At present,the traditional inchworm-type piezoelectric actuator has the disadvantage of large size,which limits its use in some applications requiring compact structure and large output force.Therefore,based on the working conditions of the inchworm-type piezoelectric actuator,two configurations of piezoelectric retractors suitable for linear driving are proposed,the design and experimental research of large-stroke nanometer linear piezoelectric retractors are carried out.A basic configuration of a multi-cantilever type piezoelectric retractor is proposed in this paper.Through detailed analysis of the driving principle,the timing of the actuation signal of the piezoelectric retractor is determined and the structure design of the piezoelectric retractor is completed.The finite element model of the cantilever beam piezoelectric vibrator was established,and the statics analysis and modal analysis were carried out to determine the structural parameters of the cantilever beam piezoelectric vibrator.A basic configuration of a triangular amplifying clamp type piezoelectric retractor is proposed.Starting from the driving principle,the timing of the actuation signal of the piezoelectric retractor is programed and the piezoelectric retractor is established.The finite element model of the piezoelectric retractor is established.The finite element model of the piezoelectric retractor is established.The method of combining orthogonal experiment and simulation analysis is used to determine the main structural parameters of the piezoelectric retractor,and the simulation determines the theoretical output characteristics of the piezoelectric retractor.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two configuration schemes,the triangular amplifying clamp type piezoelectric retractor was selected as the experimental program,the prototype of the retractor was processed and assembled,and the output characteristic test platform was built to test the output characteristics of the piezoelectric retractor.The experimental results show that the outer diameter of the piezoelectric retractor is 34 mm,the length is 42 mm,and the mass is 220 g.The maximum average speed can be reached at a working freque ncy of 40 Hz,which is 155.5μm/s,the working stroke is limited by the length size of the push rod.When the length of the push rod is 85 mm,the working stroke of the telescopic rod is 43 mm,the minimum step distance of the retractor can reach 241 nm.The maximum output force is 12.25 N.
