With the continuous development of productivity,people constantly look for newer materials to improve the performance of existing machinery.As a typical new type of intelligent soft material,dielectric elastomer has gradually entered people’s field of vision.One of the main applications of dielectric elastomer materials is to manufacture flexible actuators.So far,all kinds of dielectroelastic actuators have shown great development potential and bright application prospects in aerospace,mechanical industry,biomedicine and other fields.On the other hand,with the rapid development of human machinery industry,people put forward more and higher requirements for new machinery.Compared with the traditional rigid mechanical structure,rigid flexible coupling mechanical system has the characteristics of high flexibility,high safety and high power density ratio,so it is rapidly and widely used in the field of medical reconstruction and high-end service.Based on the above background,this paper make a kind of scroll type dielectroelastic actuator which can realize bending deformation,and on this basis,a rhombic rigid flexible coupling bending mechanism is developed to combined with the actuator.First,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the actuator.Describes the deformation principle of the actuator,constructs the geometric model of the actuator,and summarizes the damage forms of the actuator.Secondly,the actuator model is simulated.The actuator model is simplified as a rectangular dielectric elastomer film,and the simulation analysis is carried out according to the fabrication and experiment of the actuator.Then,fabricate the actuator and explored the influence of various factors on the motion performance of the actuator through experiments.Finally,design a rhombic rigid flexible coupling bending mechanism.The driving relationship of the bending mechanism is deduced,and different driving experiments are carried out.The experimental results confirm the reliability of the relevant theoretical derivation.
