There is a great relationship between the suspension of the manned lunar rover and the dynamic characteristics of the lunar rover,including ride comfort,handling stability and obstacle surmounting performance.It plays the role of transmitting power between the wheel and the body of the lunar rover,reducing vibration and impact,and is an indispensable key part of the lunar rover mobile system.However,the terrain conditions and gravity environment of the moon and the earth are very different.The design method of the suspension system of the ground vehicle can not completely satisfy the design of the suspension system of the lunar rover,and the launch space of the rocket is limited.In order to facilitate the transportation of the manned lunar rover,the suspension system of the lunar rover needs to be specially designed to make the suspension system have the folding function,And ensure that the lunar rover can work normally on the lunar surface at the same time with good ride comfort and handling stability.Firstly,after comparing the suspension forms of the existing lunar rover and the ground off-road vehicle,the scheme of the deployable suspension system is determined.According to this scheme,the main parameters of the suspension system are determined,and the suspension guide mechanism and the deployable mechanism are designed.Secondly,the kinematics analysis of the suspension system is completed,and the position relationship of the key points of each link in the suspension system at any time is calculated.The dynamic simulation model of 1 / 4 suspension system is established by using visual simulation software.The dynamic response of suspension in time domain and frequency domain under the input of external step signal is observed,and the relationship between different suspension parameters and the ride comfort of lunar rover is studied.Finally,the ADAMS / view module is used to simulate the multi-body dynamics model of the quarter suspension of the manned lunar rover under obstacle crossing conditions.By changing the suspension stiffness and damping ratio of the system,the changes of the performance evaluation indexes of the suspension system are observed,and a group of more reasonable suspension system parameters are obtained through comparison.At the same time,ANSYS software is used to complete the strength check and modal analysis of the key points of the suspension bar,verify the reliability of the structure,and determine the available frequency range in the actual work.
