Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of A Company

The continuous improvement and progress of socialist market economy,the development of globalization and the continuous improvement of residents’ income have contributed to the rapid development and upgrading of manufacturing industry in the past decades.However,with the development trend of intelligent transformation,the change of national policies and the saturation of people’s demand for cars,the automobile manufacturing industry is also facing a turnaround and crisis.At this important turning point,risk management is particularly important.Financial risk is the touchstone of the risk faced by the enterprise,which directly reflects the development status and operating results of the enterprise.In order to be bigger and stronger on the basis of sustainable operation,the enterprise should control the financial risk,which is the key link,so as to make the financial risk land safely and ensure the stability and health of the enterprise.This thesis mainly takes a specific A listed company as a case to carry out the research on financial risk assessment.First of all,this thesis sorted out the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on this topic,determined the research direction and focus of this thesis,then according to the actual situation of A enterprise and the implementation of its risk assessment work,,it analyzed the shortcomings and causes and identified the risks in the past five years.Afterwards,in view of the theoretical analysis,this thesis constructed the index system of financial risk assessment,and provided a financial risk assessment method based on the automobile industry data for A company.During this process,it used the principal component analysis which can eliminate the multicollinearity and the logistic regression model which can analyze the binomial distribution,so as to test the effectiveness of the method and predict the future financial risk.Finally,from the perspective of organizational structure,company system,information system,corporate culture and model updating,this thesis put forward suggestions for the improvement of risk assessment process.By evaluating and predicting the financial risk of A company,this thesis can enhance the risk prevention awareness of A company and strengthen the financial risk management of the enterprise,and promote the steady development of A company.In addition,although this thesis takes A company as an example,the construction of financial risk assessment model is based on the data of automobile industry.In view of the similarity of automobile manufacturing enterprises,it can also provide some help for other companies in the same industry to carry out risk assessment.
