The construction of the aircraft carrier platform occupies a very important position in the development of the aircraft carrier.The simulation and verification of various activities on the aircraft carrier platform is an important part of the aircraft carrier platform construction.Compared with the pure software simulation,hardware-in-the-loop simulation has a higher degree of confidence,and can more truly reflect the execution of various activities on the aircraft carrier’s deck.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design and construction of the aircraft carrier’s semi-physical simulation platform,which provides a simulation platform for various activities on the aircraft carrier.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation can provide a reference for the design of the aircraft carrier platform,which is of great significance in the design of the aircraft carrier.First,an Agent-based hardware-in-the-loop simulation system structure of aircraft carrier is proposed.The program describes the simulation objects in the way of Agent,and designs the overall structure of the aircraft carrier hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform system.Taking full consideration of the flexible selection and space-time requirements of simulation domain objects such as carrier-based aircraft,the entire system is divided into two parts: a basic agent with functions such as time-space synchronization and task management,and a domain agent that can flexibly connect to the system and perform specific tasks.Secondly,each Agent in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of the aircraft carrier is designed.Realize the Agent management,basic service and task management in the basic Agent,use an improved NTP protocol time synchronization algorithm to meet the time synchronization needs of the simulation platform,and implement the basic communication service and location service among them;The guarantee service agent in the domain agent is realized in software,and the model car hardware control system is designed to realize the carrier-based aircraft agent in the domain agent.Then,according to the functional requirements of the simulation platform,the path planning and obstacle avoidance problems of the model car are deeply studied.A continuous path planning model with direction constraints is established,and a path planning algorithm based on A* algorithm is proposed to solve the model;a dynamic obstacle avoidance algorithm based on ORCA is proposed to solve the collision problem generated during the movement of the model car.Finally,according to the above design,this paper implements an aircraft carrier hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform,and uses this platform to construct a simulation example of carrier-based aircraft support scheduling,executes the carrier-based aircraft support scheduling simulation.At the same time,it discusses system integration issues and illustrates the availability and scalability of the platform and can provide the basic platform of aircraft carrier simulation,meets the real-time,efficient and repeatable simulation requirements of the aircraft carrier platform.This thesis designs and builds the aircraft carrier hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform,and illustrates the usability of the platform through application examples.The synthesis shows that the aircraft carrier hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform designed in this paper can be used to simulate various activities on the aircraft carrier platform and provide a reference for the design of the aircraft carrier platform.
