Permanent magnet synchronous motor has many advantages,such as small volume,light weight,high power density and strong overload capacity.It is widely used in rail transportation,aerospace,electric vehicles and other fields.In the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system development process,existing off-line simulation of the controller can not adjust the actual simulation step and step difference,and when a longer simulation time problem of simulation system is too large,in order to avoid these problems,this paper studies the hardware in loop simulation platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system.After the existing hardware in loop simulation modeling were compared and studied a new permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system modeling method,for switching model of inverter model using capacitor in parallel with the resistance,combined with the state space model,through the iterative calculation method of solving.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Through the method of input and output modeling,the inverter,motor and rotation are modeled respectively with the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system as the object.According to the modeling process of inverter with discrete switching devices,studies a switch model using capacitor resistor in parallel to replace the original discrete modeling method of switch,which can switch state circuit without considering all,and only use the modeling method of state space model to build a mathematical model of the inverter,the change of the unstable state switch and the error are avoided;(2)In the hardware in the loop simulation system,the constant step length is calculated,and the continuous mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system must be discretized by numerical method.In this paper,the mathematical model of inverters is taken as an example to discretize,and the iterative algorithm is used to solve the system matrix,which effectively avoids the inverse matrix solution in traditional solving methods,and analyzes the selection principle of the parameters of the capacitance resistance parallel switch model.By comparing with the MATLAB/Simulink off-line simulation,the correctness of the mathematical model of the inverter is verified.(3)The permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system is set up hardware in the loop simulation platform.The FPGA model of driving control system is designed and developed by System Generator.It is applied to dSPACE hardware in the loop simulation system,and its hardware in loop simulation platform is constructed,and the timing of the model is analyzed.The real controller semi-physical simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system for closed loop debugging;the comparison of the results of semi physical simulation and the experiment,the control system hardware in the practicality and effectiveness of parallel switch capacitance resistance mathematical model of loop semi physical simulation platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor driven verification.
