Human beings have pursued the ideal city since ancient times.The green network city is an innovative ideal city theory proposed by combining green infrastructure theory and ecological city theory with its ecological planning under the background of ecological civilization construction.The theory of green network city was sorted out,and the ideal unit of the theory was discussed,that is,with a 1km square urban area as the background,through the road network structure and green net implantation,the ideal unit working conditions for the interweaving of roads and greens were determined.On this basis,based on the current land classification guidelines for national land and space planning,the ideal unit land layout patterns of different functional areas were explored;taking the residence-oriented type as an example,the index of road land and green space has been rigidly stipulated.In accordance with relevant design standards,guidelines are provided for the building layout of flexible land such as residence to form an ideal unit model for a green network city.The main green axis width of the ideal unit of the green network city is set to 50 m,the secondary green axis is 30 m,and the per capita park green space can be 20.8 square meters.Its green space system not only has traditional functions,but can also accommodate green streets,greenways and municipal integrated pipe corridors.In the traffic system,the road network and the green network are arranged in a misplaced position.Urban roads are only used for car traffic,while slow traffic such as walking and cycling are moved to the green network,and the entrances and exits of the two are separated,which diverts the flow of people and vehicles.In addition,the sponge system,through its internal planting ditch,rainstorm pond and other green infrastructures,can elastically manage urban rainwater,which can effectively alleviate the problem of urban waterlogging.According to the topography and landform conditions of the test site,the practice of green network cities is divided into three categories.By introducing low-profile green nets in closed communities and closed universities in Wuhan,it is demonstrated that in the open renovation of the stock space,the green net is an effective method to open the block boundary,increase the activity space,and build the sponge city;By drawing lessons from the Pujiang Overseas Chinese Town planning project and combining the green-net city theory,we will guide the planning experiment of Huojia Huamu Town.This explains the role of the theory in the incremental planning of plains: it enables the city to develop organically in the separation of people and vehicles,thereby creating urban characteristics.Finally,through Yinji The township planning and the Xinyang high-speed rail area planning and design experiment demonstrated that the green-net city theory has the advantages of protecting the ground,continuing the history and developing the ecological economy in the incremental planning of low mountains and hills.In these three examples,the green network city theory provides planning and construction guidance with local characteristics.
