As a hydraulic medium,water is safe and environmentally friendly,but the low viscosity of water makes it poorly lubricated.The oil-water separation hydraulic plunger pump adopts oil lubrication,and water is used as the hydraulic medium,which combines the advantages of oil and water well.The sealing performance of the plunger pair is the key to this type of pump.Aiming at the sealing performance of the secondary seal of a water-oil-separated hydraulic plunger pump,this paper develops a plunger sealing performance test device and its loading system that simulate the actual operating conditions of the pump.Carry out experimental research on different seal ring combinations to provide data support for the seal structure design and seal ring selection of the oil-water separation hydraulic plunger pump in the future.In this paper,the main structure and design parameters of the test device are determined,combined with the design concept of the hydraulic plunger pump,and a test device with a maximum speed of 1500r/min,a maximum working pressure of 12 MPa,a maximum theoretical flow rate of 120L/min,and a service life of 2000 h has been developed.A system simulation model is established,and a better loading scheme is determined through simulation;the influence of changes in parameters such as accumulator volume,precharge pressure,inlet diameter,and inner diameter of the orifice plate on the pressure and flow pulsation was analyzed,in order to reduce the test The vibration and shock of the device and the test system provide a theoretical basis.Four plunger sealing schemes are designed,and their sealing performance is tested by using the developed test device and loading system.By measuring the water content and leakage of the lubricating oil chamber of the test device,the sealing performance of the seals on the oil sealing side and the sealing water side are evaluated indirectly,and the seal combination with better performance is initially screened out.Through the test,the rationality of the design of the test device and the loading system developed in this paper is also verified,and the test conditions are provided for the long-term life assessment and test of the subsequently selected seals. |
