The operation of satellites in space requires solar panels to convert light energy into electrical energy to provide operating energy.Therefore,the normal operation of solar panels directly affects the operation of satellite.Before launch of the satellite,it is necessary to perform adequate monitoring and inspection work on aerospace power devices such as solar sailboards.The angle measuring system studied in this paper is used to test the pointing mech-anism of solar panels on the ground.The system can simulate the driving circuit box of the pointing mechanism,and also can effectively test the function and performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor which run on the pointing mechanism.In order to test the motor functions comprehensively and effectively,this subject divides the angle measurement system into two parts:hardware platform and host computer,and the hard-ware platform is divided into embedded computer,motor control module,relay switching module,conditioning acquisition module,power supply parameter acquisition module and FPGA angle decoding module.The embedded computer module is the control center of the angle measurement system,using industrial bus to connect with other modules,can send various control commands to other modules,collect the running results of parameters and commands and display them on the LCD.The motor control module implements the vector control algorithm based on4)((9)equal zero,the module can drive and control the motor under test.The relay switching module can switch the primary and backup.The conditioning acquisition module can collect current,voltage and other related information when the motor is running,the information can be used as the input of the motor control module for vector control,and also displayed on the embedded computer interface for testers to observe the motor status.The power supply parameter collection module can collect the power supply information of the angle measurement system.The round grating in the FPGA angle decoding module works with the reading head to produce the optical phenomenon of moire fringes to complete the measurement of the motor angle.At the same time,a little improvement is proposed for the control method adopted by the system.The host computer runs in the embedded computer and is the test software dedi-cated to the drive mechanism.According to the system function requirements,the upper computer is divided into 4 parts:motor control,data acquisition,data communication,and data display.Motor control commands can be issued through the motor control mod-ule.The data acquisition module can issue commands to collect motor-related information such as current.The data communication module is used to help the host computer and the hardware platform for data transmission.The data display module can display the collected motor related information.The system can effectively detect various information such as current,voltage and angle when the motor is running,and through the upper computer program,allows testers to perform test work simply and conveniently.The test system has been delivered to users and achieve the mission requirements.
