With the fourth industrial revolution, the wisdom of the concept of intelligent building, more and more indepth, how to accurately obtain and quantify the mechanical equipment to reflect the change has become a problem to be solved.Equipment life, product quality and other production costs are closely related to the accuracy of the measurement value. Therefore, the research and development of new angle of high sensitivity, high accuracy and multifunction sensor with the development to create intelligent production way.With the development of angle measurement technology, a variety of angle sensors have appeared. Capacitive angle sensor has the characteristics of high resolution, good dynamic response, good stability, simple structure and low cost. Due to the capacitance sensor has the disadvantages of the traditional measuring circuit is complex, the difficulty of eliminating parasitic capacitance and nonlinear output, the capacitance angle sensor has low resolution, high cost and small measuring range. In this paper, a capacitive angle sensor structure is designed to study the performance of the sensor,so that it can achieve a wide range of 0?360 measurement. A PCAP01 capacitance measurement scheme is adopted in this paper to improve the nonlinear output of the sensor,to reduce the parasitic capacitance,and to simplify the complex circuit design.The intelligent angle measuring instrument is an intelligent instrument for measuring angle, which has the real-time measurement and LCD screen display of the angle value and the record and display of the angle value on the PC. The system includes angle sensor, capacitance measurement module, STM32 controller module,OLED display module, power module, download module and PC software module.Using C language in the MDK5 programming environment to complete the software design of the intelligent angle measuring instrument. The angle measurement algorithm is written in the STM32 controller to handle the angle sensor output signal to realize the angle measurement. LABVIEW software is used to write the interface of the host computer, and the angle and capacitance signals are recorded in real time.In this thesis, the calibration experiment of the intelligent angle measuring instrument is made by using the high precision standard goniometer. According to the principle of least square method, the curve fitting algorithm is used to calculate the linear fitting polynomial of angle sensor with MATLAB. The fitting error curve is drawn, and the linearity of the angle sensor is calculated.Finally, the accuracy experiment is used to analyze the performance index of the intelligent angle measuring instrument. The error analysis and the corresponding solutions are given for the whole system. In this paper, the overall design scheme is given, and all the chip used are introduced in detail. The hardware circuit diagram and the software program are given.
