| Our highway development is changing to the maintenance stage from the construction stage,and low-temperature frozen area is vast,so the low-temperature performance of emulsified asphalt has been widely concerned.However,due to the lack of emulsified asphalt low temperature performance evaluation index,its low temperature performance can not be accurate,standard evaluation;To this end,this paper integrates the acquisition method of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue at home and abroad,analyzes the differences between different methods,and puts forward the high and low temperature decompression evaporation method with short test parts and low aging degree,and on this basis,combined with the current emulsified asphalt low temperature performance research,analyzes the correlation of various low temperature evaluation indicators,and determines the preferred index of the low temperature performance evaluation of emulsified asphalt.The main research are as follows:First of all,through the direct evaporation method in the current norms of our country to obtain emulsified asphalt evaporation residue,summarize the domestic and foreign emulsified asphalt evaporation residue acquisition method,co MPare and analyze the test temperature of various methods,test duration,test operation and other factors,combined with evaporation residue performance and raw asphalt performance co MParison,put forward high and low temperature evaporation method;The optimal evaporation test conditions are determined,and the effect of the residual moisture content of evaporation residue on its flow performance is analyzed according to the dynamic module main curve,and then the accuracy and feasibility of obtaining the solid content of evaporation residue by high and low temperature decompression evaporation method are discussed.Then,the empirical evaluation index,rheological evaluation index and low temperature viscosity evaluation index were selected to evaluate the low temperature performance of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue,combined with the highly recognized BBR low temperature evaluation index in the current research,the relation analysis method was used to analyze the relation degree of each low temperature evaluation index,and the best low temperature performance evaluation method for emulsified asphalt evaporation residue was proposed.This study proposes a new method of acquisition of emulsified asphalt evaporation residues-high and low temperature evaporation methods,discusses the correlation of different low temperature performance evaluation indicators of emulsified asphalt in different uses,determines the low temperature performance of emulsified asphalt evaporation residues using the variable performance index,and provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of low temperature performance of emulsified asphalt evaporation residues. |
