| Cold regeneration technology is a regeneration technology to repair pavement. This technology boasts both significant economic benefits and environmental benefits. It actively promotes the usage of natural resources, the reduction of engineering cost and the protection of the environment. With regular asphalt pavement, it can rut under the effect of temperature and other external load. Research on high temperature properties of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture showed improvement in high temperature stability and lifespan of the asphalt.This paper mainly adopts the method of experiment and theory analysis. It goes into a more in-depth analysis of the RAP material, emulsified asphalt, dosage of cement and water consumption of cold recycled mixture at high temperature on the influence of different mechanical properties and stability.Presently, there are many researches on the stability of the high temperature about the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. They focused on one or several aspects of the product but have not developed the theory about its applicability in different regions. This article mainly relies on the "Guizhou Bureau of Science and Technology Projects-Cold regeneration technology system research on the highway asphalt pavement in Guizhou mountainous area". After evaluating and analyzing data received from the test section of RAP, it showed identical values. As a result of the aging recycled asphalt, the intense use of cold regeneration technology can emulsify asphalt and improve the cement. These materials have certain sensitivity to temperature. High temperature will affect the performance of cold recycled mixture in their strength and stability. The rutting test is the widespread method in the evaluation of cold recycled mixture in high temperature stability. Analysis of temperature, dosage of emulsified asphalt, cement dosage and the influence of matrix asphalt penetration, and analysis the mixture rut deformation base on the creep test, helped find the improvement of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture under high temperature strength and stability and reduce or overcome the bad road condition under high temperature.Although there are multiple influences on the stability of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture, high temperature is a major factor. However, in view of the special geographical and climate environment in Guizhou mountainous area, the RAP content, emulsified asphalt and cement play a leading role in the impact factors about the stability of cold recycled mixture high temperature from this article analysis. It can obtain the optimal mixture mixing ratio which suitable for local through experiment method, to meet its stability requirements on the properties of high temperature when it used in high temperature. |
