Absolute distance measurement technology is widely used in industrial production,large machinery and equipment,aerospace and other fields because of its advantages such as long range,high precision and interruptible process.With the further development of large-size equipment manufacturing industry,the requirements for measurement accuracy and measurement automation level are getting higher and higher,which has gradually expanded from single dimension distance measurement to three-dimensional space measurement.Therefore,the research of high precision,remote range,integration,strong adaptability to the environment of the absolute distance automatic tracking measurement technology is the focus of future scientific research.Modulated wave phase laser ranging technology has become the research focus of absolute distance measurement in recent years because of its advantages of high precision,wide range and easy integration.However,the traditional ranging method can only carry out one-dimensional measurement along the beam direction,and the data updating speed is slow.Based on the principle of single-station tracking,this paper designs an automatic tracking system based on the phase-type absolute ranging technology around the phase-type absolute ranging technology.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:In view of the traditional phase type absolute range finder can only realize the problem of single dimension measurement along the beam direction,tracking system based on single station type structure and phase type absolute distance measurement principle,design integrated single light source type track ranging machine structure integration,and establish the beam based on the structure of the PSD position away from the focal position deviation detection module,through studying the characteristics of the mutual coupling between the target deviation data,The tracking control model is established to provide a theoretical basis for the tracking and ranging of dynamic targets in three-dimensional space.In view of the traditional optical fiber conduction type phase ranging system caused by the phase drift,optical fiber coupling regulating mechanism is complex,the difficulty of adjustment problems,the design is based on asymmetric spectral range of space of light path structure,on the one hand,in the detection precision and improve the measurement of light power,will be back to the light efficiency is increased from 9% to22.5% and expanding the scope of the range,At the same time,the converging mode of modulated light wave convex lens is adopted at the front end of the detector to simplify the adjusting mechanism,increase the displacement and Angle tolerance in the tracking process,and improve the tracking efficiency while ensuring the ranging accuracy.In view of the algorithm for traditional measuring phase measurement efficiency low impact tracking control efficiency,low phase measurement problem,affected the accuracy of tracking control design based on the mechanism of "ping-pong mechanism" with pacing,continuous measurement and measurement precision of data,double time utilization,to further improve the efficiency of tracking and control accuracy.According to the servo tracking control requirements of the tracking system,a closed-loop feedback control model based on speed loop was established,and a real-time detection servo tracking circuit module and the display interface of the upper computer based on FPGA+DSP were designed to improve the working bandwidth of the deviation detection module and realize the high-bandwidth and high-real-time detection of the deviation value of dynamic targets.On this basis,the data two-way communication technology and the modulus transmission technology are studied,the feedback control signal based on the target deviation value is generated quickly,and the detection control unit design of the tracking system is completed.Based on the above key technology research,this paper integrates the automatic tracking system of the high-precision phase laser rangefinder,and tests the ranging characteristics and tracking characteristic parameters.The experimental results show that the high-precision tracking and ranging system designed in this paper can achieve a full range of ±360° in the yaw direction,±60° tracking in the pitch direction,and the range of tracking and ranging is not less than 11 m.The maximum tracking angular velocity is 126.81°/s,and the absolute distance repeatability is better than 97μm.
