In recent years,the frequent natural disasters caused by the changeable climate have gradually exposed the problems left over from the early urban construction,and the impact of disasters such as rainstorm and waterlogging on the city has gradually increased.In this paper,the vulnerability assessment of urban road network under rainstorm and waterlogging disasters is carried out,which can be used as a reference for urban road construction and promote the development and construction of urban traffic in a more resilient direction.In the thesis,from two aspects of road network structure and traffic function,using construction model,traffic simulation and other methods to evaluate the vulnerability of urban road network to rainstorm waterlogging,identify the key units and vulnerable units,and combined with Wuhan Hankou regional road network for example analysis.Firstly,combining with the definitions of vulnerability by domestic and foreign scholars,the definition of rainstorm and waterlogging vulnerability in this paper is defined,and the mutual feed relationship between road network structure and traffic function is explained.Secondly,the topology model of road network was constructed based on complex network theory,and different interruption strategies were proposed.The variation trend of network efficiency indexes before and after the interruption was calculated.Based on this,the structural vulnerability of Hankou road network was evaluated,which has certain reference significance for the optimization and adjustment of road network structure in the planning stage.Then,through the analysis of the effect of water on traffic flow,to reflect waterlogging impact speed change,Hankou road network traffic simulation before and after the waterlogging,contrast each delay index variation and variation,vulnerability evaluation of the traffic function,and waterlogging occurs easily occurred the area of traffic congestion,a targeted traffic organization strategy,and feed back to the road network structure,To guide the improvement and optimization of road network structure;Finally,according to the results of the case analysis,the corresponding measures and countermeasures are put forward from two aspects of optimizing the road network structure and improving the traffic function. |
