The smooth operation of urban road traffic network is an important guarantee for the healthy development of the city and the normal life of the residents.However,the increasingly frequent waterlogging disasters have a serious impact on the urban road traffic network.How to reduce the vulnerability of urban road traffic network has become a hot topic for scholars to study and discuss.Combining with the definition of vulnerability and the research on the characteristics of road traffic network by scholars,this paper deeply defines the vulnerability of urban road traffic network under waterlogging disasters,and chooses three core factors which affect the vulnerability,namely,exposure,importance and sensitivity.Based on these three factors,the vulnerability measurement model of urban road traffic network under waterlogging disasters is established.According to the vulnerability value of road traffic network in each waterlogging-prone area in the city,the different vulnerability degree of road traffic network is determined and its causes are analyzed.Taking Wuhan as an example,this paper firstly screens out waterlogging-prone areas in the main urban area of Wuhan,and observes the road traffic conditions in waterlogging-prone areas in real time during the late rush hour through Gaode Map;secondly,it quantitatively analyses the exposure,importance and sensitivity of the road traffic network in Wuhan and sets up the evaluation criteria of each index,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The transit element extension model quantifies the vulnerability degree of road traffic network in waterlogging-prone areas of Wuhan City.Finally,aiming at the different vulnerability degree of road traffic network in waterlogging-prone areas,combining with the structural characteristics,personnel density,environmental characteristics and traffic control intensity of the road traffic network,the paper analyses the causes of road traffic network vulnerability,hoping to be able to do so.Promote the standardized management of urban road traffic network in the future.Through the construction of vulnerability measurement model of urban road traffic network under waterlogging disaster,this paper realizes the effective identification of different vulnerability degree of urban road traffic network,and provides basis and reference for taking pertinent measures in dealing with the impact of waterlogging disaster on urban road traffic network;at the same time,it also provides the basis for effectively identifying vulnerable areas of urban road traffic network.On the other hand,the characteristics of road traffic network in vulnerable areas are deeply studied,which can be used for reference for traffic planners to determine the main factors of road traffic network vulnerability under waterlogging disasters,and ultimately contribute to the promotion of forward-looking urban road traffic planning. |
