| With the prosperity of historic buildings protection and the development of green building technology,it is imperative to realize the green function of historic buildings through repair projects.However,in historic building protection projects,people often neglect the application of green repair technology to achieve the sustainable development of historic buildings.This thesis studies the green functions and regeneration methods of historic buildings,takes the renovation of historic buildings in Wuhan as an empirical case,and mainly completes the following work:(1)Proposing green function regeneration patterns of the historic building repair project.Analyzing three basic functions of historic buildings and their decline mechanisms,constructing three types of green elements: architectural use function,socio-economic function,and characteristic style function of historic buildings,and proposing four types of green function regeneration patterns for historic buildings: repair,maintenance,improvement,and reconstruction.(2)Integrating green regeneration technology system for historic building repair projects.From the three aspects of the quality inspection technology,green design technology and green construction technology of the green function regeneration project of historic buildings,this thesis proposes the green repair technology scheme with operability.(3)Establishing a green regeneration evaluation platform for historic building repair projects.By constructing the green index evaluation system of the historic building repair projects,combining the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the indexes weight,using the C# programming language and Visual Studio 2019 tools to develop green evaluation platform for historic building repair projects.(4)Carrying out a case study of green regeneration of historic building repair projects.Based on the field survey of the whole process of Tanhualin historic building renovation project in Wuhan,building information,design plans,and repair construction data are collected,and the platform is used for evaluation.The applicability of the green function composition,regenerative repair system technology and green degree evaluation platform of historic buildings proposed in this thesis is verified. |
