Research On The Green Evaluation Of A Project

China is a big energy consumption country, including building energy consumptionaccounted for four of the layer of the whole resource consumption, the real estate industryhas been rapid development, at the same time with in terms of the number of environmentalprotection and resource is also increasing pressure. In order to solve the problems, thegovernment attaches great importance to green building more and more, especially in recentyears also make development decisions. With the green development and environmentalprotection concept deeply, green building has achieved rapid development in our country,a large number of green building as bamboo shoots after a spring rain have sprung upin our country, the development of our research on green building will soon. In theintroduction of the relevant green building evaluation system, combined with the actualsituation in China, the scholars in our country, the evaluation system of green constructionin China were systematically studied, and the current research, research at home and abroadare mainly focused on the evaluation of green building. Based on the concept of greenbuilding and its development in China, the system of green building assessment systemat home and abroad, compares China’s "green building evaluation criteria" and USA LEEDevaluation system, in contrast, analyzes the existing evaluation of China’s green buildingsystem problems, at the same time, some suggestions are put forward the corresponding.This paper can be divided into six chapters, the first one is part of the introduction,it mainly introduces the purpose,background and significance of research, the thesis contentare introduced, the research method of this article is summarized. The second chapter mainlyintroduces the theory of green building assessment system, including the choice ofevaluation objectives, evaluation object, several different aspects of the evaluation systemand the rating results. The third chapter mainly introduces the domestic and foreign relevantgreen building assessment system, and mainly introduces the assessment system of greenbuilding in China, including the introduction of its application in china. The fourth chaptermainly introduces the comparative research on assessment system of green buildingevaluation system of LEED America and China, respectively from the five different aspectsof energy saving, water saving, material saving system of indicators system, land system, the indoor environment evaluation system makes a systematic comparison. The sixth chapterintroduces the comparative analysis, the suggestions on the development of green buildingassessment system in China is put forward, including the selection of evaluation target,evaluation object, evaluation system, rating and evaluation system. The seventh chaptersummarizes the conclusions of this paper, at the same time, the development of greenbuilding in China are discussed.
