Image measurement instrument is a non-contact complex precision measurement system based on CCD,combined with image processing,computer vision and software information technology.Any ordered system will eventually be disordered without the influence of external force.The measurement and calibration system can provide an effective means to intervene the internal chaotic trend.Therefore,based on image processing and measurement calibration,this paper will design and implement a measurement calibration solution based on automatic image measurement instrument.Industrial measurement software is the upper management application of measuring instrument,which provides complete function realizations and rich visual operations.As a subsystem of measurement software,measurement calibration system includes data correction,probe equipment management and image processing technology.Firstly,the basic data types of probe physical devices are stripped and abstracted,and a complete management mechanism is designed and implemented.During the operation of the system,the probe objects are held,and the functional interfaces such as adding,modifying,and deleting are provided externally,and the state transition process and data persistence are maintained internally;Then,according to the design requirements of data calibration,the camera distortion calibration,XY axis proportion calibration,temperature difference compensation,horizontal calibration,CCD magnification calibration and other functions are realized.In the camera distortion calibration,the adaptive framework of multiple circle detection methods is adopted,and the appropriate detection path is selected according to the characteristic parameters of the detection image;The whole design principle of the system is required.Singleton mode,factory mode and registration mechanism are used to reduce the coupling between class objects.Modular design is used to ensure the robustness and stability of the system.Finally,a comprehensive system test and analysis are carried out on the image measuring instrument,and the functions meet the expectations and the acceptance standards.
