Bridge Pile Foundation Reinforcement Technology And Foundation Reuse Analysis

Foundation reuse can greatly reduce the construction cost and time,and realize rapid bridge construction(ABC).Based on the discussion of the rapid construction of the bridge,the paper discusses the reuse of the foundation,analyzes the bearing capacity,and studies the reinforcement technology of the pile foundation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the research background of bridge foundation reuse and its value in rapid bridge construction,and summarizes various methods of bridge foundation reuse.Among them,adding pile foundation reinforcement can effectively and quickly reinforce pile foundation,which has ABC characteristics.(2)By comparing the soil constitutive models and studying the principle of pile-soil interaction,it shows that the numerical analysis method is more convenient.The MohrCoulomb model is used in Abaqus software to simulate the normal and tangential behaviors of pile-soil interaction by using the penalty friction of "hard contact" and "elastic sliding",so the simulation effect is more accurate.(3)Based on the reconstruction project of Jushuihe bridge,the bearing capacity of pile foundation is analyzed by theoretical calculation and Abaqus numerical simulation.The results show that the bearing capacity of pile foundation and the relationship between the variables,while comparing the two results,analysis of the accuracy of numerical calculation and can make some guidance for the actual engineering research.(4)Through the finite element numerical simulation,the direct reuse scheme of the foundation of Jushuihe bridge is studied,and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is accurately obtained to meet the requirements,which shows that Abaqus has practical value for the bridge foundation reconstruction project.The pile foundation of Zinihe bridge is reinforced by adding pile foundation,which can significantly reduce the horizontal displacement of the bridge foundation and improve the horizontal bearing capacity of the bridge foundation.(5)This paper puts forward the application of anchor static pressure pile in bridge project,introduces the construction process and main problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions.The results show that the critical pile length should be the depth of the soil layer with strong performance.
