Due to the speedy developing of urban has caused problems of rain-flood in city.In order to solve these problems,our country put forward the policy of "Sponge-City",and published a series of method to encourage major sponge pilot cities to use ecological means to solve the urban rain flood problem.It provides a new way to solve these problem in China.However,most of the areas that carry out Sponge-City construction strategy in China are new urban areas,ignoring the old urban areas with more prominent urban rain and flood problems.Owing to the long-term development of old urban in China,the straitened circumstance such as big density of construction,high urban hardening rate,lack of urban green space,finite space of Sponge-City and growing burn-in of drainage system.In view of the above problems and the actual condition of the Sponge-City demonstration area in Gaizhou,we propose the sponge city planning strategy applicable for the old city.Recently years,the land and space planning has made the planning content and construction ideas of Sponge-City changed a lot.Combined with the background characteristic of new times in the land and space planning system,It is established about the spatial patterns of water-safety in Gaizhou According to the natural situation of Gai City,the existing ecological problems of the municipal water environment were identified,and the planning strategy of urban sponge city was proposed from three levels,namely reduced runoff,water quality pollution of tributary water system and serious pollution of agricultural non-point sources.Through the analysis and evaluation of water conservation ability and rainwater safety level,get the city water safety pattern,based on the important ecological nodes,important water source and central city series,build urban sponge space pattern,create regional ecological pattern of blue and green interweave,ensure the benign development of Gaizhou eco-system.According to the current situation of Gaizhou sponge city demonstration area,based on the terrain conditions and current water system,through the current water system,new water system and regional circulation system,build the sponge space pattern,and its specific sponge city planning strategy,activation area,solve the demonstration area urban flood and serious runoff pollution.Taking SWMM rainwater model simulation as the main technical means,a rainfall model of different rainwater recurrence periods such as 1,3 and 20 years was established.Through dynamic simulation of the rainwater runoff in the demonstration area,the current drainage situation of the demonstration area will be intuitively analyzed,and determine the rainwater flood risk points and drainage problem nodes in the demonstration area under different rainfall conditions.After the optimization of water system,green space,road and pipe network system,through the Daqing River water diversion,moat water regulation and sponge transformation of key sections,the rainwater and flood problem in the demonstration area were solved together,and the sponge city planning strategy suitable for the demonstration area of Yingkou Gai City was studied.Moreover,the SWMM model is used to simulate the planned scheme again,so as to verify the rationality of the scheme,expected to solve the water problem of sponge city demonstration area in Gai City,and also provide reference value for the sponge planning of other same types of cities.
