《 Circular of the State Council on Issuing the Reform Plan for Deepening Standardization》(Guofa [ 2015 ] No.13)Recommends the integration of existing national,local and industry standards and the formation of mandatory full-text standards.In 2016,in accordance with the “Notice on Compiling and Compiling Mandatory Standards for Project Construction ”(Jian Biao Han [2016] No.155),the Research and Compilation of the“Outdoor Water Supply Project Specification” was organized and carried out in accordance with the “ Notice on Compiling and Compiling Mandatory Standards for Project Construction ” by the Standard Rating Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development the work.This not only requires us to summarize the domestic engineering examples in recent years,but also need to learn from the standards of advanced countries.The water supply standard system of Japan was built earlier and developed more maturely,and it is also an Asian country,which has great reference significance for the research and compilation of China’s norms.This article mainly compares the water supply codes of China and Japan,puts forward the shortcomings of the current standards through comparative research,and puts forward suggestions on the compilation of the water supply codes of our country based on the actual situation of my country’s projects.Starting from the background of water law system and engineering standard in China and Japan,this paper introduces the development process of water law system and the composition of engineering construction standard system in China and Japan,which lays a foundation for the comparative study of water supply standards in China and Japan to a certain extent.Among them,the The Design Criteria for Water Supply Facilities includes Introduction,Water Intake Facilities,Water Storage Facilities,Raw Water Transmission Facilities,Water Treatment Facilities,and Treated Water Transmission Facilities Facilities,Distribution Facilities,Mechanical,Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment,Water Service Fittings.Standard for design of outdoor water supply in China(GB50013-2018)(hereinafter referred to as the "standard")standard for design of outdoor water supply in China(GB50013-2018),including general provisions,the term,feed water system,the design of water,water,pump room,Shu Pei Shui,waterworks sludge from water treatment plants,water treatment,water treatment works of the overall design,the emergency water supply,test and control part 12.In addition to a comparative study of the overall direction of the water law system and engineering construction standard system between China and Japan,it also compares the water intake and storage facilities,water delivery and distribution facilities,and water treatment facilities in the Japanese "Guidelines" and the Chinese "Standards".By comparing the differences in water supply standards between China and Japan,some suggestions are put forward,such as speeding up the updating frequency of water supply design codes,improving emergency water supply measures,incorporating new technologies,and realizing "smart water supply".It provides a technical reference for compiling the full text of mandatory norms and is beneficial to the development of the standard system of engineering construction in China.
