With the rapid development of China’s hydropower industry,underground hydropower plant buildings have been widely used.Such deep underground powerhouses are often surrounded by rocks,resulting in serious defects in heat dissipation and moisture dissipation.Most of the traditional underground hydropower stations use manual manual control to operate the ventilation system in the plant.There are often problems such as untimely adjustment and over-adjustment,which cannot meet the requirements of ideal environmental parameter control indicators.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a fuzzy control system for underground powerhouse ventilation of hydropower stations.This system uses fuzzy control technology and computer monitoring technology to realize the intelligentization of underground powerhouse ventilation system.Subsequently,the system was put into use in Wujiangdu Power Plant,and a relatively good control effect was achieved.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Characteristic Analysis and Modeling of Ventilation System in Underground Powerhouse of Hydropower Station.Conduct an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the ventilation system of the underground powerhouse of Wujiangdu Power Station,select an appropriate control strategy based on the existing ventilation equipment,analyze the characteristics of temperature and humidity environmental parameters,and derive the temperature and humidity transfer function model through the mechanism analysis method.(2)Simulation of fuzzy control system for underground powerhouse ventilation of hydropower station.Based on the step response test and the results of mechanism derivation,the specific transfer function model of temperature and humidity of underground powerhouse is established,and the fuzzy controller and decoupling controller of temperature and humidity are designed respectively.The fuzzy control simulation experiment is carried out through MATLAB software,and the comparison experiment is carried out with the conventional PID control to verify the feasibility of the fuzzy control of temperature and humidity.(3)The engineering realization of the fuzzy control system for the ventilation of the underground powerhouse of the hydropower station.Set up the hardware architecture of the entire system,and write PLC programs for design collection,communication,and controller functions.And implement specific functional interface design on Kingview software,including manual and automatic control function,status monitoring function,data query function,etc.Finally,equipment installation and commissioning work will be carried out on site to complete the deployment of the system.The test results show that the fuzzy control system designed in this paper has a better control effect than the original manual control.It can control the temperature and humidity in the workshop within an appropriate range,reduce the amount of manual work,and improve the personnel in the plant.The working environment has certain practical significance.
