A Study On The Evaluation Of The Spatial Sharing Of Urban Block Boundary And Its Optimization Strategy

Modern city has entered the era of sharing,resource sharing will be the trend of future development,and the sharing of urban space will become an important indicator of urban open,harmonious and high-quality development.In the process of urban renewal and fine planning management and control,we found that a large number of boundary space in the city is often ignored and idle,and this kind of boundary space,especially the block boundary space,is an outdoor space with great sharing potential,and also an important content of urban sharing improvement and fine planning management and control in the future,which is worthy of further attention and in-depth research.Based on this,this paper takes the block boundary space as the research object,takes Guanshan District of Wuhan City as the research sample,rethinks the value and significance of the block boundary space through the understanding of the block boundary space and its sharing,and deeply explores the distribution characteristics and laws of the block boundary space sharing,as well as the relevant mechanisms affecting the block boundary space sharing,and then puts forward the optimization strategy to improve the sharing of block boundary space.This paper studies from the perspective of shared boundary space.First of all,by combing the basic theories of the properties,characteristics,evolution and types of the block boundary,it is found that the boundary space has four attributes: connection and separation,external and internal,center and boundary,boundary and boundary space,as well as three characteristics: intermediary,public and hierarchical.Thus,the classification method of the block boundary space from three dimensions of form,nature and composition is proposed.Secondly,through combing the development process of sharing concept,this paper explores the five connotations of space sharing: public and private,open and closed,symbiosis and mutual exclusion,aggregation and dispersion,diversity and singleness.Then,combined with the research results from two perspectives,the coupling relationship between boundary space and space sharing is summarized,and the evaluation system of block boundary space sharing is established.Finally,the paper uses the evaluation system to evaluate and analyze the boundary space sharing of Wuhan Guanshan area,and explores its current characteristics,existing problems and influence mechanism,and then puts forward optimization strategies from three aspects of optimization principle,overall layout and typical space.It is found that the spatial sharing of the block boundary in Guanshan District of Wuhan city is affected by the characteristics of its own space types and external factors.The intersection has the characteristics of high sharing,the richer the boundary types,the higher the sharing,the longer the boundary scale,and the lower the sharing.There are some problems,such as unbalanced distribution of sharing,unreasonable spatial allocation,and sharing potential to be tapped.The fundamental reasons for the impact are the traditional spatial concept,simplified planning thinking,and lack of management cohesion.According to the comprehensive and national connotation of the concept of sharing,this paper puts forward three optimization principles: systematic thinking,people-oriented and local conditions.Drawing lessons from the operation mechanism of sharing economy,it puts forward three optimization principles: the improvement of spatial structure,the sharing of spatial ownership and the co construction of organizational forms.In the typical space,the paper puts forward the methods and strategies to optimize different boundary space according to the needs of people,space reality and management measures,so as to achieve the effective and sustainable sharing of boundary space.Finally,the author hopes that through the research on the sharing of block boundary space,the cognition of urban planning on the value and sharing potential of urban boundary space can be improved,and the positive effect of boundary space can be fully brought into play in the fine planning control,so as to achieve the overall optimization of urban boundary space system.This paper focuses on the research from the perspective of space,and only selects the block scale,but the urban boundary space system is huge,and the influence mechanism of its sharing is also very complex.I hope this paper can provide new ideas for the research in this field as an attempt and demonstration.
