With the increase in the demand for corrugated cardboard,it is necessary to create a fully automatic processing line.However,the lifting transmission platform is an important part of the fully automatic processing line.At current,there are some problems where the researches about the lifting transmission platform between the equipment are not sufficient,such as the unsuitable lifting height and speed,the space-hogging machinery and so on.According to this situation,taking the lifting and transporting platform of the carton packing machine as the research target,the author pays attention to the lightweight design,cylinder impact force and buckling analysis.Based on compactness and stability of the platform in the actual state,confirming the overall scheme.The task will be completed by two devices which are sprocket type and cylinder type lifting platform designed to meet the requirements.Concerning the cylinder type lifting platform,Block Lanczos in Hyper Works is used to conduct modal analysis.The author intercepts the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes,which provides a direction for improving the structural design of lifting mechanism.After topology optimization and material thickness sensitivity analysis,the weight of the whole design structure is reduced.The original weight of the equipment was 123.3kg,which was reduced by 32.75 kg or 26%,meeting requirements of use and achieving lightweight optimization.The conclusion that the critical speed of separation between the corrugated board and the platform is 1.2m/s is drawn by using the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA to simulate the cylinder lifting transmission platform and analyzing the contact force curves between the corrugated board and the platform at different speeds.After buckling analysis,the new structure is verified to meet the requirements of the production line.The cylinder type lifting platform in trail and the sprocket type lifting platform in test run,which realize the automation of paperboard transfer.Figure 59;Table 8;Reference 50...
