Electric cylinder is a kind of electric actuator which is more and more widely used,and its function is the same as that of pneumatic cylinder.But because of the different structure and working principle,electric cylinder has many advantages compared with pneumatic cylinder.With the further development of related technology of electric cylinder,The application of electric cylinder will be more and more extensive in the near future.Because of the particularity of working environment,the use of electric cylinder in military push mechanism requires more special requirements,such as large working load,self-locking and so on.Therefore,trapezoidal screw is mostly used in the transmission parts of this kind of electric cylinder,while ball screw is used in most of the electric cylinders on the market.For trapezoidal lead screw electric cylinder,there is less research and less experience in design and type selection.In use,the electric cylinder is prone to deformation,jamming,wear and tear,so it is necessary to study trapezoidal lead screw electric cylinder.Firstly,according to the technical requirements put forward by the enterprise,the main transmission parts of the electric cylinder are designed and selected.Secondly,according to the results of the selection,the multi-rigid-body dynamic model of the electric cylinder is established to simulate the changes of the motion parameters and load parameters of the electric cylinder in actual work.Secondly,the static simplified models of the electric cylinder at different working positions are established to find out the operation of the electric cylinder.The positions and parts with the greatest deformation and stress in the process are analyzed,and the impact loads of these models are analyzed to study the impact resistance of the electric cylinder.Finally,according to the buckling load calculation theory of variable cross-section compression bar and supporting bar with middle part,the model of the electric cylinder is simplified,and the critical buckling load of the electric cylinder is calculated by energy method,and the impact buckling behavior of electric cylinder is studied by using finite element software,which provides a reference for the design and selection of the electric cylinder.
