| The application of iron tailings instead of ordinary sand in preparation of concrete not only realizes the sustainable utilization of resources, but also protects the natural environment.Based on ABAQUS software, the seismic performance of iron tailings concrete columns under low cyclic loading was studied, providing a technical support for promoting the practical application of iron tailings concrete in buiding engineering. On the basis of existing tests, the seismic performance of iron tailings concrete columns was analyzed for further understanding, and then compared with that of ordinary concrete columns. The results show that under the same conditions, there are not significantly differences in the failure mode, compressive flexural capacity, strength degradation, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy consumption of iron tailings concrete columns from those of ordinary concrete columns. The stress-strain relationship of stirrup confined iron tailings concrete is applied to ABAQUS plastic damage model of material. The numerical simulation results of horizontal load-displacement hysteresis curve of specimens are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the applicability of the stress-strain relationship of stirrup confined iron tailings concrete. The seismic performance of iron tailings concrete columns is numerically analyzed with expansive variation of sizes of the stirrup characteristic value, design axial compression ratio, longitudinal reinforcement strength and stirrup strength, and more abundant seismic performance data are obtained.Based on the bending moment-curvature restoring force model of ordinary concrete column section, the hysteretic curves of the test specimen were analyzed by ABAQUS software. Then the modified bending moment-curvature restoring force model of iron tailings concrete column section is proposed.Figure 30;Table 7;Reference 52... |
