| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction industry is constantly changing,people’s aesthetic level and comfort requirements are improved,and the building with novel and unique shape is also increasing.At the same time,the demand for housing land increases,high-rise and super high-rise buildings also increase greatly,and the effect of wind load increases significantly with the increase of building height.As a temporary structure of structural construction,scaffold is used for workers’ operation and material transportation,etc.The safety of scaffold construction is related to people’s lives and construction quality and progress.As an important link between the frame body and the building structure,the tie members are the key components of the scaffold.There are many ways to connect the tie members with the building structure.However,the reliability and influence factors of each connection are not well studied at present,especially for high-rise and super high-rise building construction scaffolding.At present,the common connection method in construction is the embedded steel tube connection.In this paper,for the connection method of the embedded steel tube,the influence of the height of the connection node between the embedded steel tube and the scaffold body,the distance between the embedded steel tube and the scaffold body,and the arrangement of the tie members on the scaffold is deeply considered.Based on the cantilever double-row fastener type steel tube scaffold as the research object,fastener node modeling using semi-rigid connections,in weight,construction load and horizontal wind load under the action of using ANSYS software to simulate,with different height,different embedded embed tube node space between steel tube and the frame body,even the walls a different arrangement ways to analyze the influence of the scaffold.Under the dead weight of I-beam and vertical axial force of double frame,the deformation,internal force and stability bearing capacity of I-beam under different distance between embedded steel tubes and frame are analyzed.First of all,the different calculation models of the joints between the scaffold and the embedded steel tube when the scaffold uses different height from the ground are studied,and the influence of different embedded steel tube joint height models on the lateral movement,internal force and stable bearing capacity of the scaffold is calculated and studied.The different control factors and influence results to ensure the safety and reliability of the scaffold are given,and the different limiting requirements of the embedded steel tube from the embedded point are given when the scaffold is used with different height from the ground.Secondly,the distance between the embedded steel tube and the scaffold body on the lateral movement,internal force,stability bearing capacity and the internal force,deflection and stability bearing capacity of the lower part of the I-beam frame are studied.The results show that the distance between the embedded steel tube and the frame has little influence on the maximum lateral displacement and the maximum internal force of the frame,and great influence on the stability bearing capacity.The distance between the embedded steel tube and the frame body and the distance between the vertical rod have great influence on the I-steel at the lower part of the frame body.The distance between the embedded steel tube and the frame body has greater influence than the distance between the vertical rod and the lower part of the frame body.The reasonable distance between the embedded steel tube and the frame body is given when the scaffold is used at different heights above the ground.Finally,considering the influence of embedded steel tube,the paper studies the influence of different arrangement of tie members on the lateral movement,internal force and stability bearing capacity of the frame body.Through the study,it is concluded that the stability of tie members is the best when they are arranged in diamond shape along the direction of vertical pole.This paper makes an in-depth study of the influence of different design methods of common scaffold tie members design and structural connection on the mechanical performance of scaffold,and puts forward clear suggestions and requirements for the design and installation of tie members.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference for the safety construction of tie members and the modification of relevant codes. |
