With the continuous progress of the society,China’s wind power generation is increasingly vigorous developed.After radar detection and reconnaissance of the fan foundation in many areas,it was found that the fan foundation ring and concrete had bulging cracks.The analysisdemonstrated that there were some local problems in the structure of the gravity fan foundation ring.For the purpose of finding out the problems existing in the construction of fan foundation and how to perfect the design method of fan foundation,this paper will use finite element simulation software ABAQUS carry on the fan foundation,The main contents are as follows:(1)Site reconnaissance and detection of fan foundation accident.Based on the case of foundation concrete quality inspection project and the results of expert demonstration F02、F10 the first phase project of Yanmen Guan wind farm of Guodian,the expert group analyzes and assumes the cause of the accident according to the macroscopic exploration and ultrasonic detection.It is found that there are some unstable factors in the foundation of gravity foundation ring,and according to the results of stress analysis of are put forward according to the results of the stress analysis of the model foundation.(2)Force analysis between foundation ring and foundation concreteABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to establish the basic solid model with the same size and material as in the actual project.Based on the horizontal and vertical force and bending moment under the maximum working condition,the distribution of Mises stress,circumferential Angle,radial Angle and vertical Angle of the fan foundation ring and concrete were obtained and analyzed.The stress concentration point and structural danger point are analyzed,and the problems are compared with the actual problems,and the targeted optimization and transformation measures are conceived.(3)Optimization treatment scheme and verification of fan baseBased on the Mises stress,S11 circumferential Angle,S22 radial Angle and S33 vertical Angle of the calculated results of the fan foundation ring and concrete,a scheme was proposed to expand the width of the flange under the fan foundation ring by one times.By comparing whether it reduces the local tensile stress of concrete,whether it enhances the compressive resistance of concrete,and whether it effectively prevents the foundation ring from detuning from concrete.The structural optimization measures proposed in turn are feasible and effective if the fan foundation after structural optimization has been significantly improved and has reached the allowable stress range of steel and concrete. |
