In recent years,the optimization of building pipeline synthesis has received a lot of attention.Reasonable building pipeline automatic layout system can also reduce the workload of designers,save time and cost.For the pipeline with load,it can also simulate the load state of the whole pipeline system.In the traditional pipeline automatic layout problem,the research on the pipeline automatic layout in the field of ordinary civil buildings is not common.However,there are few researches on automatic pipeline layout in the field of civil architecture.The requirements of relevant are many professional pipeline conflicts,and the situation in the building space is complex.As a result,the constraints and environmental models of automatic pipeline layout in the field of the same as those in other fields.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and engineering value to optimize the automatic layout of building pipelines in three-dimensional space and related application research.Based on the above thinking,this paper proposes an automatic planning method of comprehensive path of building pipeline based on improved a* algorithm,which realizes the automatic layout of building pipeline.The main work is as follows:(1)The three-dimensional BIM model based on the real civil building environment is established,which mainly simulates the non traversable structures in the actual building environment,such as floor,structural column,beam,bearing wall,etc.,which makes the research results have great practicability and rationality.(2)A* algorithm based on grid method is used as the algorithm to solve the optimal path.According to the cost function of a* algorithm is redesigned,so that the optimal path finally solved conforms to the pipeline laying principle in actual construction.(3)The paper proposes a three-dimensional pipeline routing method based on key plane.According to the relative height of the key plane and model,the obstacles are mapped to the critical plane,and the a* algorithm is used to find the key plane,which greatly reduces the calculation of the 3D space grid method.(4)In the further study of branch pipeline and multi floor branch pipeline,the paper introduces multi key plane and key point on the basis of single critical plane,which horizontal pipeline and vertical pipeline are combined to conduct automatic pipeline layout.(5)In order to verify the feasibility and rationality of the research,the research results are applied to a city C projec.The combination of theoretical research and practical engineering projects has achieved and proved the practicability and rationality of the effect of the three-dimensional pipeline path planning based on civil buildings.
