As the main medium connecting the equipment and system of the ship,the ship pipeline plays a vital role in the whole process of ship design.The pipelines inside the ship are intricate and complex,which together form a huge pipeline system for the transportation of various gases and liquids,mainly composed of pipelines,supports and connectors.As one of the important contents in the whole process of ship design,pipeline design plays an important role in ship safety.At the same time,good pipeline design will also greatly reduce the cost of the ship.The traditional pipeline design is completely dependent on designers,resulting in low efficiency.The intelligent pipeline design planning combining artificial knowledge and computer science is now becoming the main trend,which plays a role in promoting the development of shipping industry.Therefore,the optimal design of pipelines has a significant impact on the performance and cost of ships.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the actual ship pipeline layout process,this paper analyzes and summarizes the rules and methods of ship pipeline layout.On the basis of these rules and methods,a reasonable mathematical model of ship pipeline route planning is built.For the equipment that need to pass through in pipeline layout,the simplified strategy is adopted appropriately,and the "virtual obstacle" method is used to model the equipment.Finally,the space simulation model needed for pipeline layout optimization is established.There are many kinds of algorithms for single pipeline layout in ships,but the optimization effect is still to be improved.In this paper,through comprehensive comparison,A* algorithm is finally adopted as the optimization algorithm of pipeline layout,and on this basis,the algorithm is improved to make it more suitable for ship pipeline layout,and the example simulation calculation is compared with other algorithms to prove the efficiency of the algorithm improvement.For the layout of branch pipelines,based on the optimization of single pipeline paths,this paper firstly decomposes the branch pipelines appropriately,and focuses on the decomposition strategy of the branch pipelines in combination with the principle of co-evolution.Then,by combining with the coevolutionary algorithm,A* algorithm is adopted to improve it,and an algorithm suitable for the layout of ship branch pipelines is designed.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by example analysis.Shipping line after completion of path planning,in order to facilitate the designers to evaluate the optimized pipeline and reference,at the same time solve the artificial pipeline when a change is not enough clear intuitive,etc.,the paper ends with UG as the main development platform,using C++ programming language to carry on the secondary development,to generate the ship line path automatic generation system,So that the layout results can get more real simulation effect.
