In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the construction industrialization process,prefabricated buildings are becoming gradually popularized,and the reinforcement grouting sleeve connection is one of the main ways to connect the vertical components in prefabricated structures.At present,there are few research results on the comprehensive influence parameters of the indentation reinforcement grouting sleeve connection system in the project,and less research on its connection performance under dynamic load,which restricts people to carry out more comprehensive reliability analysis of prefabricated buildings to a certain extent.Therefore,through the combination of experiment and numerical simulation,this paper studies the connection performance of reinforcement grouting sleeve under static and dynamic loads.The research results mainly include:(1)The necessary material property experiments are carried out on the steel bar and grouting material,and the mechanical property indexes of each material are obtained.(2)Five groups of 30 steel grouting sleeve specimens were designed to carry out tensile test under quasi-static condition,considering five factors such as curing time,reinforcement diameter,anchorage length,loading rate and grouting fullness.According to the test results,the mechanical properties such as force transfer mechanism,failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,maximum elongation,strain distribution and variation of reinforcement and sleeve are analyzed.(3)Through fatigue testing machine,the dynamic loading tests of grouting sleeve specimens with five different anchorage lengths of reinforcement were carried out.Sine wave with frequency of 5Hz and amplitude of 15 mm was used in the test.According to the test results,the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and fatigue cycles of the specimens under dynamic load are analyzed.(4)ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the whole solid model,CDP constitutive model was used for grouting material,bilinear constitutive model was used for sleeve and reinforcement,force was transferred between reinforcement and grouting material and between grouting material and sleeve through normal phase and tangential contact,and explicit algorithm was used for static analysis.The failure forms,load displacement curves and stress distribution of specimens with different reinforcement diameter,anchorage length and grouting defects analyzed by the finite element model are compared to verify the reliability and accuracy of the finite element.(5)In order to analyze the failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,load displacement,stress-strain distribution and other mechanical properties of the specimens under impact loading,the specimens with 16 mm diameter of steel bar and8 d anchorage are selected(d is the diameter of steel bar),and the dynamic load simulation under different loading speeds is carried out by ABAQUS finite element software,and considering the strain rate effect of material.
