In China as a developing country, the construction industry is in a period of development. Reducing energy consumption, protect the ecological and environmental, the use of new materials, application of new technology, improving engineering quality, improve work efficiency, reduce pollution and waste, on-site, realize the civilization construction is an important symbol of the current technology progress. Strengthen the key technology and system integration, implementation of the industrialization of the housing construction, diversification, industrialization, will be the development trend of construction industry in the new century.In prefabricated construction, mainly through the sleeve connection of the prefabricated connect reinforced grouting, form the overall, common external adverse load resistance. Because of the precast beams and precast column is produced in the factory, quality easy assurance; Components, by contrast, the joint of somewhat weak, produce adverse structure of "strong column strong beam weak nodes". Node failure is a major form of prefabricated building destroyed in the earthquake. Visible in the prefabricated construction, steel sleeve grouting connection plays a decisive role. This topic in the national natural science fund project(No. 51278312), under the support of the test and finite element software ABAQUS simulation, a combination of static response of the sleeve grouting bar connection has carried on the detailed research. The main research contents include:(1)From the view of the connection of large diameter reinforced concrete, summarizes the reinforced connection method and connection ways of advantages and disadvantages.(2)The steel sleeve grouting connection set up under the axial static load test analysis. Test analysis concluded that: in the reinforced grouting sleeve connection specimens there are three kinds of forces, respectively is chemical adsorption force,friction force and mechanical bite, including minimum chemical adsorption force, planes, grouting materials and grouting steel sleeve between forces mainly by mechanical bite each other to convey.(3)According to the actual structure, steel sleeve grouting connecting sleeve grouting bar connection based on the numerical model under the action of axial static load. The results show that the load transfer between steel bar and the sleeve is the main way of the formed by grouting material of lamp "umbrella" ring compression inclined column for load transfer.(4) Form the aspect of stress distribution, displacement distribution and damage status, the numerical simulation results and response experiment results were compared, which provides that the numerical simulation model of routing sleeve of rebars for splicing is reliable and reasonable. From the numerical simulation model, the furthermore research could be carried out, such as some parameter affected on the mechanical response of routing sleeve of rebars for splicing, which can provide reference on its design. |
