| Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)is a new type of material, and its excellent performance has good application prospects in the field of engineering reinforcement and reconstruction. Most of the existing buildings in my country have poor seismic performance and can no longer meet the needs,of which masonry buildings account for a large proportion.Studying the application of UHPC in the reinforcement of masonry structures can provide strong technical support for the reinforcement of existing buildings. The effects of interface agent, roughness, wettability of matrix, planting reinforcement, masonry mortar strength, maintenance system and masonry form on bond strength were studied by double-sided shear test of 11 groups of 44 specimens and drill core pull test of220 core samples of 22 walls. The conclusions of the study are as follows:1)In the double-sided shear test, the failure of the specimens is brittle failure after removing the planted bar specimens. However, there is a yield stage in the planted bar group, and the steel bar is bent, but it can still prevent the UHPC from falling off.2)Most of the damage between UHPC and masonry structure occurs at the joint surface, which is manifested as brick surface and mortar surface damage. The damage of the specimens coated with interface agent occurs in the interface agent layer.3)Among the main influencing factors of bonding performance, all have an impact on the bonding performance of UHPC and masonry structure.Among them, the influence of matrix wetness and maintenance system is relatively small;the influence of interface roughness is greater;the increase of the planting bar is the largest in the double-sided shear test, and the different planting bar position will have different effects in the drill core pull test.;Different types of interface agents will not necessarily enhance the bonding performance;the higher the strength level of masonry mortar, the better the interface bonding performance;in the double-sided shear test, the bonding strength of the jointed wall is high. But there is no obvious rule in the drill core pull test.Figure 59;Table 10;Reference 60... |
