Altimeter, scatterometer, spectrometer and Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)are microwave remote sensing devices commonly used to observe marine dynamic environment, such as sea wind and wave. With the development of marine microwave remote sensing technology and the increasing demand of ocean observation,it has become a new direction for the development of marine microwave remote sensing technology to carry out multi-element,high-precision,large coverage and integration simultaneous observation technology on a satellite platform with multiple marine microwave remote sensing devices. In this paper, the marine microwave remote sensor multimodal integration in the new system takes advantage of the advantages of phased array antenna in beam direction and simultaneous multi-beam generation, using the same piece of phased array antenna and the unity of the central control unit to implement the altimeter, scatterometer, spectrometer and SAR’s work at the same time, but for these four kinds of marine microwave remote sensor, there are great differences in working system, measuring mechanism, signal frequency and working time sequence,so need to under the new system of the four oceans microwave remote sensor for the integration of the joint design. In view of the problems existing in joint design, the main work of this paper is as follows:1.Respectively,I analyse the working system of altimeter, scatterometer, spectrometer and SAR when they are working independently, and the reference of the existing spaceborne marine microwave remote sensor, determines the working system of various microwave remote sensing system under the new system, namely altimeter uses traditional working system, scatterometer uses the new mode of "quick-light",spectrometer also uses traditional working system,SAR uses stripe-mode on the left and right.2.According to the orbit parameters of Chinese-French Oceanography Satellite(CFOSAT),the satellite orbit of the new system of marine microwave remote sensing multi-mode integration is simulated, and the orbit characteristics are analyzed. For Frequency and timing of the problems of the multi-beam launch at the same time, this article adopts the method of“frequency division multiplexing” that multiple signals are launched at the same time, and the results of spectrum division made a description, then calculated according to the diagram the multimodal integration new system of Pulse Repetition Frequency(PRF),to avoid the multiple echo signal in time domain aliasing occurs.3.For the altimeter, scatterometer, spectrometer and SAR working simultaneously under the new multi-mode integration system, they will inevitably influence each other. Therefore, this paper theoretically analyzes the measurement resolution and measurement accuracy of three kinds of marine microwave remote sensors, namely altimeter, scatterometer and spectrometer, which work in the integrated mode, and carries out imaging simulation of SAR.The results show that although the new system has changed the old observation mode, all kinds of microwave remote sensors under the new system can still keep enough ability of obtaining sea surface information. Finally, the beam coverage of four kinds of ocean microwave remote sensing is simulated and analyzed.According to the simulation results, the satellite can cover 1196.6km wide sea area on both sides of the trajectory in one orbit period, and there is no blind area near the sub-satellite trajectory.
