In today’s industrial development,reciprocating compressors have the advantages of high efficiency,wide working pressure range,and strong adaptability.They are widely used in petrochemical,transportation,agriculture,national defense and other industries as the key core mechanical equipment.Due to the high energy consumption and low efficiency operation,the air volume is adjusted by installing a flow adjustment system.The installation of different valve flow patterns and flow regulating devices will change the thermodynamic characteristics and three-dimensional flow field of the compressor work project,so it is necessary to analyze and study them.Aiming at the problems of different valve flow patterns and different flow adjustment device parameters affecting the working process and load regulation of reciprocating compressors at various stages,this paper uses CFD-based fluid analysis software Fluent to analyze the three-dimensional models of reciprocating compressors with different flow patterns under different working conditions.The internal flow field for fluid simulation.By analyzing the data obtained by simulation and the instantaneous cloud picture of the flow field,and comparing with the experimental data,the thermodynamic characteristics of the reciprocating compressor under different valve flow patterns,different flow regulating devices movement rules,and different working conditions are analyzed.Through the simulation of two different compressor models with and without flow control device,it is found that the flow control device will cause the temperature and pressure in the cylinder to rise faster in the suction and reflux stages,and the suction and return flow to reduce,but because of the throttling effect,the work will increase.Based on the simulation results,the quantitative relationship between the compressor load and the closing angle of the intake valve plate is obtained.Through the different effects of flow control device location model variable working condition of traffic simulation,get the thermodynamic parameters of compressor working process and working characteristic,shows the same conditions,the flow control device outer flow load control accuracy is higher,and try to choose when load is less than 25%in flow control device outer flow scheme.Through the simulation of the compressor models with different valve flow patterns,it is revealed that the temperature and pressure in the cylinder decrease with the increase of the wedge Angle,and the smaller the load,the more obvious the temperature and pressure decrease.On this basis,through the study of motion law of the different flow control device for reciprocating compressor working process and the load regulation,the influence of accuracy for flow control device in the drive oil pressure of 4MPa,back pressure 1MPa and reset the parameters of the spring stiffness is 50000N/m under the optimal,and put forward the variable flow conditions of flow control device parameter optimization process.
