In today's world,the world is very concerned about energy and environmental issues.The energy of today's world has already faced a serious shortage,and environmental pollution is also growing,prompting people to think about how to face energy and environmental issues..Nowadays,the use of automobiles in China is very huge,and the resulting environmental pollution problems will be caused.Therefore,the country's emission standards for automobile engines are becoming more and more strict.Under this premise,the advent of turbocharging technology is undoubtedly Bringing the gospel to energy and environmental issues,turbocharging technology can effectively increase the engine's power output,in addition,it has the advantage of effectively reducing emissions.The development of high-performance automotive turbocharging technology has become a hot spot in the field of automotive technology.Compressor machines are one of the most critical components in turbochargers.The performance of compressors directly affects turbocharger supercharging.Performance,which affects the performance efficiency of the output of the engine during operation.In this paper,a vehicle exhaust turbocharger compressor is taken as a research object.On the basis of the compressor of the mixed flow impeller,the internal structure of the mixed flow compressor is optimized and simulated,and the performance of different internal structures is compared and analyzed.First,the geometric model of the hybrid compressor was built using professional UGNX 3D modeling software,and its internal structure was optimized to obtain three different internal structural models,and then the mixed flow of three different internal structures was compressed.The machine geometry model divides the grid cells in ANSYS ICEM CFD software and obtains a computational model.Under the specified conditions,the internal flow field of three different internal structure hybrid compressors was analyzed by ANSYS Fluent flow field analysis software,and the pressure,velocity and temperature clouds were outputted.The three different internal structures were compared and analyzed.Mixed flow compressor cloud map.Preliminary observations revealed an internal structure that would improve the performance of the mixed-flow compressor.
