In the structure of enterprise internal management,human resource is a particularly important content,and the salary system is the indispensable core content of human resource management.Perfect salary system can attract and retain more high-quality talents for the enterprise,which is conducive to the construction of human resources team,so as to accelerate the development of the enterprise.It can be seen that the pros and cons of the compensation system determine the limits of enterprise development.Reasonable and efficient compensation management mechanism can provide long-term impetus for enterprise development and is the main factor determining the survival of enterprises in the fierce market environment.Based on this,this paper takes S Company as the research object and conducts targeted research on its compensatio n system.Taking S Company as the research object,this paper first elaborated the background,purpose and significance of the research.By sorting out and analyzing relevant research results at home and abroad,a literature review was formed,from which t he core concepts and relevant theories involved in the research were extracted to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,it describes the basic situation and personnel structure of S Company,and expounds the status quo of S Company’s salary system from the aspects of basic salary,performance salary,welfare and allowance,and career development planning,laying a realistic foundation for research.Thirdly,based on the results of the employee satisfaction survey of S Company,the problem s existing in the salary system of S Company and the root causes of the problems are analyzed to provide direction for the optimization of the salary system of S Company in the following paper.Finally,based on the above analysis results and in combinatio n with the actual situation of S Company,a targeted compensation system optimization plan is formulated.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized compensation system,corresponding safeguard measures are specified.Combined with S Company’s actual development,compensation system and basic status quo of labor market,this compensation system optimization program is designed to design a feasible compensation system for the enterprise and provide reference experience for ot her enterprises of the same type.The specific adjustment is :(1)optimize the company’s salary layout.The optimized compensation system has a great adjustment in the compensation structure,and raises the basic salary and performance salary of employees,so as to ensure the treatment of employees and improve the satisfaction of employees.(2)Strengthen the compensation system dynamic adjustment mechanism.The company’s salary management is more flexible,employees can improve their salary income through their own ability,to achieve more work or ability to get more,at the same time,support different projects to implement market-oriented and localized salary level,so that the company has a competitive advantage in the market,to provide stable working environment for employees;(3)Broke the company’s original absolute rank wage gap barrier.In setting benchmark wage standard,will be based on the position compensation broadband salary structure design,structure design and implement employee wage income of crossover interconnection between the ranks,employee compensation income is no longer limited to the basic wages,if its implementation in technology innovation and development,can also feedback to pay levels,so as to encourage employees to innovation and development,break through the self;(4)Manage the benchmark salary of the company’s organs and project personnel.The target of the compensation system includes the company’s organ personnel and project personnel,so that all employees of the company can work under the same compensation system,improve the fairness of the compensation system,further stimulate the incentive effect on employees,and achieve distribution according to work with the help of a fair compensation system.
