With the continuous application and development of new energy technology in automobile industry,hub motor,as a better driving method,has gradually become the focus of the industry market.At the same time,with the increasingly intensified market competition,professional talents and technical innovation talents gradually become the core of competition of R & D and manufacturing enterprises.How to win the market in the talent competition has become the management focus of all enterprises.The Merrill Lynch Hub Motor Company studied in this paper is a professional manufacturer of this kind of products.With the continuous expansion of the production scale,its original compensation system can not meet the management needs and seriously restrict the development of the company,in this paper,through the Merrill Lynch Hub Motor Company’s pay level,pay incentive,pay equity and other multi-angle of view and level,the status of a comprehensive and in-depth study.The study found that,there are some problems in Merrill Lynch Hub Electric Company,such as the lack of competitiveness of salary level,the imbalance of salary structure,the weak incentive of salary of professional staff,the absence of standard salary adjustment mechanism,the lack of fairness of salary system and the singleness of salary payment form.In view of the above problems,this article through the formulation of a scientific salary strategy,the implementation of job evaluation and analysis,the conduct of an extensive salary survey,the establishment of salary structure,clear implementation plan and a series of adjustment mechanisms,has carried on the comprehensive combing and the optimization to its salary system.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized salary system,the performance appraisal mechanism,the work organization of salary optimization,the training of salary system implementation and the communication mechanism of salary adjustment are put forward.Through this study,we hope to quickly locate the shortcomings of the salary system,provide valuable management guidance;On the other hand,it provides theoretical basis and practical methods for other similar enterprises to upgrade the salary system,and promotes the healthy and benign development of the industry.
