| In today’s era of rapid economic and technological advancement,the rise of the self-service model is a general trend.In recent years,with the implementation and application of self-service check-in systems in various airports,self-service check-in has gradually entered the public eye,and some airports have also set up self-service check-in equipment.However,due to the chaotic and inconsistent self-contained equipment in the market today,related systems are not perfect,and the publicity of the self-contained service system by airports and airlines is not in place,the self-contained system cannot play its due role at the airport,and passengers also And did not enjoy more convenient services.This topic is mainly aimed at the existing problems of the airport self-service consignment service system,combined with the basic principles and methods of service design,to build a complete self-service consignment service system,and design self-service consignment service systems and products that meet the needs of passengers.According to the research background and research status of airport self-service consignment,determine the specific direction and goal of the research of this paper.According to the basic principles and elements of service design,use its design methods,tools and processes to determine and analyze the relevant stakeholders of the subject.The basic needs of passengers are investigated and analyzed by issuing questionnaires,and user role models are established through individual interviews with users.According to users’behaviors and attitudes,users’motivations and expectations for products are obtained,user experience maps are drawn,and SWOT models are established.Analyze the user’s mood changes and the existing design pain points in the self-service consignment process at the airport,and finally summarize the problems.According to the summarized problems,a design strategy was proposed,which proceeded from the optimization design of the existing self-service check-in system and the introduction of new innovative luggage tag designs,and finally completed the design of the self-service check-in equipment and smart luggage tags.This design practice improved the self-service consignment system,solved the problems of mishandling and loss of luggage and damaged paper luggage tags,met the needs of passengers and other relevant stakeholders,and had a certain positive impact on the construction of the airport self-containment system. |
