Research On The Construction Strategy Of Beautiful Rural Public Space Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural construction has always been the top priority of the country’s work.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,marking that nation overall planning of urban and rural areas and rural construction have entered a new stage of development.The strategy of rural revitalization raises the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,civilized rural style,effective governance,and affluent life,and clarifies the key tasks of the current beautiful rural construction.At the same time,in the process of building beautiful villages,rural society has exposed problems of varying degrees,including hollowing out,aging,decline of rural settlements,de-industrialization,lack of style and features,and reduced sense of cultural identity,etc.,which have attracted attention and attention from all walks of life.Rural public space is the core place for villagers’ production,life,culture and entertainment,and leisure exchanges.It is also an important carrier of rural customs and nostalgia.It occupies a pivotal position in the entire beautiful rural construction system.Therefore,it is necessary to take the creation of beautiful rural public space as an entry point for rural revitalization,and to promote the progress of rural society under the drive of policies and the times.This research starts with the analysis of the relevant policy background of rural construction and the development trend of the times,and realizes that the construction of beautiful rural public space is the source of vitality for the country to maintain its prosperity.Guided by the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,expand the scope of rural public space and divide the rural public space into five categories: productive public space,ecological space,living public space,cultural space and villagers’ spiritual space.Analyzes the problems and causes of the above space in the construction of beautiful countryside in Honghu City,and puts forward the construction strategies of rural public space,such as innovating and integrating industrial space,combing and repairing ecological space,optimizing and improving living space,protecting and inheriting characteristic culture and building public participation platform.Finally,taking Longtan Village in Honghu City as an empirical case,it proposes a rural public space construction plan based on local conditions from five aspects: industrial space development guidelines,ecological protection and control,living space renovation,characteristic culture display and villagers’ spiritual space construction,in order to provide ideas and experience for rural public space construction,and contribute to rural revitalization.
