This thesis takes the shared scheduling of urban public parking lots and residential private parking spaces as the research object.Focus on the sharing strategy of private parking spaces and charging piles,to study the optimal scheduling of electric vehicle parking and charging.The main goal of this thesis is to study in a distributed scenario,optimal allocation of parking and charging scheduling schemes for electric vehicles with parking and charging needs,to minimize the total cost of charging all electric vehicles during a certain period of time.The main works of this thesis are as follows:Propose an optimal sharing strategy for parking spaces and charging piles.Research on the sharing strategy of multisite parking spaces and charging piles in public parking lots,communities,shopping malls,etc.in distributed scenarios to alleviate the parking and charging pressure of electric vehicles.Designed parking charging App and shared optimization scheduling management and control system architecture,including parking charging App and shared optimization scheduling management system functional modules and operating procedures.Establish a scheduling model with the least cost of parking and charging all electric vehicles,including the least cost scheduling model,the least time scheduling model,and the shortest distance scheduling model.Taking into account the user’s minimum time,minimum cost,and shortest distance,a multi-objective optimal scheduling model for parking and charging of all electric vehicles has been established.A new bat algorithm is proposed.Combining the particle swarm algorithm and the bat algorithm,a bat algorithm combining local search and global search is proposed.Tests have verified that this algorithm has the advantages of fast search speed and strong optimization ability.Coding and decoding strategy suitable for solving the discrete optimization problem of parking and charging is proposed,and the new bat algorithm is applied to the optimal scheduling model of electric vehicle parking and charging.Use the new bat algorithm to optimize all electric vehicle parking and charging cost minimum scheduling models,minimum time scheduling models,shortest distance scheduling models and multiobjective scheduling models,Obtain the optimal scheduling scheme for parking and charging under different goals.The simulation test verifies the effectiveness of the new bat algorithm to solve the optimal scheduling problem of electric vehicle parking and charging.
