There will have a great impact on the power grid when a large amount of electric vehicles charge at the same time.It is necessary to study about the optimization of electric vehicle charging load.The result of the charging load study will provide important information for the development of the power grid.First,a model of the household electric vehicles charging load was built by using the Monte Carlo method to simulate the daily driving distance and charging time of the electric vehicles.The charging load curve in a disordered state was drawn according to the charging load modelIn order to solve the problem of charging,an energy solution based on for electric vehicles was proposed.The original charging station should be rebuilt into substations with fully automatic equipment.The charging object was changed from a running electric vehicle into battery which could be changed all the time.It could provide more chance to optimize the charging load with the hardware changes.By analyzing the characteristics of the charging scheme of the substation,genetic algorithm was selected as the mathematical tool for the optimization of charging load.A charging,load model based on multi-objective was designed based on genetic algorithm.The three basic operations of genetic algorithm were revised to make the model to be more accurate.Finally,the model of charging load was programmed by MATLAB software to simulation.The optimized charging load curve is obtained.Through comparison,the algorithm designed in this paper had ability to optimize charging load.
