In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economic strength and steel industry,the country has issued a series of new policies for the steel box girder industry.The implementation of these policies has laid a solid foundation for the development of steel box girder enterprises in China.With the continuous construction of steel box girder bridges in my country,the construction technology of steel box girder has also been continuously developed.Steel box girder is mostly factory prefabricated,and the quality is higher than that of cast-in-place bridge structure.The stress system of steel box girder bridge is clear and the construction is simple.At the same time,when the segmented lifting method is used for construction,it has the advantages of strong adaptability,construction efficiency and high safety.Steel box girder is also used in various complex environments to shorten the construction period and reduce the impact on traffic.(1)Combining the characteristics and difficulties of the project and comparing and selecting schemes,it is determined to adopt the segmented hoisting method for construction.After dividing the steel box girder,the lifting machinery and spreaders are selected according to factors such as the weight of the components and the constraints of the construction site.The main points of steel box girder hoisting segment interface matching,closing section construction technology and steel box girder drop beam unloading construction are summarized and analyzed.(2)Sort out the major hazards in the steel box girder hoisting construction,and propose effective hazard control measures.In order to ensure the safety of the tunnel during the construction of the steel box girder,the monitoring points are arranged reasonably and the static geometry of the track is used to ensure the safety of the tunnel structure and components.Summarize the key points of quality control during construction,ensure construction safety and quality,and guide on-site construction.(3)Use the finite element analysis method to establish a finite element analysis model to simulate and check the temporary supports and beam sections under five working conditions.In the most unfavorable state,analyze the force of each member of the temporary support during the hoisting construction of the steel box girder segment.According to the check calculation results,each member meets the requirements in the most unfavorable state.Fig 44 Table 14 Reference 54... |
