As the electric power maintenance environment in China becomes more and more complex,the field of electric power maintenance safety monitoring has gradually attracted attention.At present,an intelligent safety monitoring system has not yet been formed in the area of power maintenance safety monitoring,but with the continuous development of wearable devices sensor technology as well as communication technology and other aspects,it provides good conditions for promoting power maintenance safety and monitoring intelligence.Based on this,the thesis completes the design and application introduction of an intelligent bracelet applicable to substation safety monitoring.The thesis focuses on the research and design of the hardware circuit as well as the software of the smart bracelet,which implements functions such as heart rate detection,motion status detection,body temperature monitoring and near power alarm.The thesis begins with a requirements analysis and functional design of the wearable bracelet based on the power maintenance environment,and related research on the key technologies involved.Then the hardware circuit and software of the smart bracelet system are designed;the hardware circuit includes:main control chip,vital sign detection module,motion acquisition module,communication module,display module,power management module,body temperature detection module,near power alarm module and electromagnetic compatibility design;the main control chip adopts Nordicnrf51822 processor and the communication module adopts ESP8266 module.The software part realises the overall workflow of the software,the communication module,the display module,the sign detection module,the body temperature monitoring module,the movement module and the near-electrical alarm module,including the workflow of the bracelet system and the design of the timing interrupt,and completes the configuration of the chip pins and the initialisation of each interface.Finally,the application of the smart bracelet in the intelligent safety monitoring system is introduced,and the overall structure and basic functions of the intelligent safety monitoring system platform are analysed.The application of wearable smart bracelets in power overhaul safety monitoring systems shows that the smart bracelets designed by the thesis research play a better role in safety protection,real-time communication,health detection and safety warning,providing support for the safety professionalism of power overhaul operations and new ideas for the intelligent development of traditional safety inspection systems.
