The foundation of the wind turbine is one of the main foundation forms adopted by wind turbines in our country.Due to the poor performance of the foundation ring and concrete,the foundation of this type of wind turbine has become increasingly problematic during the service period.The increase has caused safety hazards to the safe operation of wind turbines.Only through static displacement detection(foundation ring levelness)cannot fully understand the deviation change process of the foundation of the wind turbine in operation,so it is necessary to carry out dynamic displacement monitoring on the foundation of the wind turbine,and research and analyze the foundation of the wind turbine,the deviation change process and its change law in the operation stage provide the necessary foundation for the remote health diagnosis of the foundation ring type wind turbine foundation.In response to the above problems,this paper conducts dynamic displacement monitoring on the foundation of a wind turbine in the form of a foundation ring,studies the dynamic offset characteristics of the foundation ring in the normal operation of the wind turbine,and discusses the foundation ring in the normal operation of the wind turbine,the applicability of the rigidity assumption,and the analysis of the factors dynamic offset size and dynamic offset angle of the foundation ring of the wind turbine,provide a research basis for the streamlining and optimization of the sensor placement.Research shows(1)during the normal operation of wind turbines,the dynamic displacement changes of two measuring points on the same diameter of the foundation ring are distributed in anti-symmetric distribution,and the motion of the foundation ring relative to the concrete can be approximated as rigid body motion;the dynamic displacement change trend is proportional to the wind speed The rotation speed of the hub is obviously consistent,and the dynamic displacement of the foundation ring is positively correlated with wind speed and the rotation speed of the hub.At the same time,the analysis of the movement period of the dynamic displacement shows that the number of periods and the size of the period in 60s are related to the wind speed and the hub.The speed is related,the displacement range and the vibration amplitude are related to the hub speed and wind speed.(2)This paper uses three points to determine the plane to calculate the dynamic offset of the foundation ring.The trend of the dynamic offset is consistent with the wind speed and hub speed.The dynamics of the foundation ring The offset has a positive correlation with the wind speed and the rotation speed of the hub.Through the analysis of the wind speed and wheel speed and the dynamic offset data after denoising in 4 days,it can be seen that when the wind speed and wheel speed continue to increase,the dynamic offset continues to increase,Through data fitting,it is believed that the dynamic offset has a quadratic function relationship with wind speed and wheel speed.The blade pitch angle will continue to change with the change of wind speed,which will affect the operation of the wind turbine,and affect the size of the dynamic offset of the foundation ring and the amplitude of the dynamic offset.(3)With the absolute wind direction With the continuous increase of the value change range,the distribution of the dynamic offset angle gradually disperses,that is,the dynamic offset direction is consistent with the absolute value of the wind direction.
