Wing navigation ships need to according to the wind direction and wind speed to adjust the wing Angle, in order to achieve the maximum utilization of the wind energy. Wing navigation ships have higher measurement accuracy requirements for the wind direction of wind speed. At present, the wind anemometer that is commonly used in ships is measuring meteorological factors, the accuracy of measurement of the direction and wind speed is not high. In wing navigation ships, the traditional wind direction and wind speed anemometer can’t meet the requirements. At the same time, the ship may rock in the process of ship sailing, this adds to the difficulty of the accuracy of the measurement of wind direction and wind speed. In this thesis, we research the measurement of the wind direction and wind speed under the condition of the sensor movement.In this thesis, through the cradle head simulate the movement of the ship, study the influence under different situations of movements for the measurement of the wind direction and wind speed Under the interference of rotation speed and rotation Angle, measured value and comparison; to find the rules of influence. Through analyzing a large number of experimental data, curve fitting, to get accurate wind direction and wind speed.Using A45ultrasonic sensors to measure wind direction and wind speed, wind tunnel simulates natural wind, using cradle head simulates the ship swings, taking advantage of the posture movement measures the movement of sensor at this moment, collected wind direction and speed of movement at different movement, analyze, looking for the factors that influence the accuracy of the measurement of wind direction and wind speed. Using Kalman filtering elimination measures, the resulting measurement error. Taking advantage of BP neural network. curve fitting for the movement velocity, posture conditions and results of measurement, for reaching the purposes of the accurate measurement of wind direction and wind speed.In this thesis, using MSP430controllers to measure posture information, cradle head control and measurement data acquisition. Designing VB data acquisition interface and write the PC communication program, wind direction and wind speed acquisition. Use MATLAB for processing the collected data, the error compensation, to get a more accurate value of wind direction and wind speed. The measurement value after error compensation, can meet the application requirements of the on wind direction and wind speed on wing navigation ships.
