| With China’s rapid development in the field of industrial technology,industrial butterfly valves,a valve product mainly used in energy,petrochemical,electric power,mining and metallurgy and other important fields,the quality and accuracy of which is critical to the impact of the entire equipment and even the system.Especially the performance of sealing for the butterfly valve directly determines the primary index of the accuracy performance of the butterfly valve.Because of the wide variety and the large span of specifications of industrial butterfly valves,especially the valve plate,one of the core parts of butterfly valves,which is still realized by manual grinding.Therefore the consistency of machining accuracy can’t meet the requirementsFirstly introduces this paperthe market background of valve industry,the structure and manufacturing process characteristics of butterfly valve in China.On the basis of the application technology of robot grinding at home and abroad,a new technology scheme of valve plate abrasive belts based on robot technology is put forward,and the main structure of robot grinding workstation and the structure of each function module are designed,combined with the grinding technology requirements of butterfly valve and the technological characteristics of abrasive belts.Considering the high efficiency and flexible tool function of valve plate grinding,a new type of flexible grinding tool with multi-belt combination is proposed.By studying the kinematics theory of industrial robot,the position-attitude transformation relationship between grinding tool and robot joint is established,combined the angle relation between abrasive belts and polished surface of the workpiece.Through Delmia simulation software,the position and attitude transformation and trajectory planning in grinding process are simulated and verified,which avoids the interference between robot and equipment,laying a foundation for the actual operation of the robot in the follow-up process.Through the experiments of grinding technology of valve plate,the results show that the designed robot abrasive belt grinding workstation can effectively improve the grinding efficiency,optimize the grinding sketch precision of workpiece,and enhance the grinding surface quality,which saves human resources to a greater extent,and improves the working environment of workers. |
