Soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine is a kind of equipment for underground pipe jacking engineering.It has the advantages of small disturbance of surrounding soil,no noise construction,small environmental pollution,controllable construction process and little impact on land settlement.Because the working environment of pipe jacking machine head is bad,the structure is complex,and the cutting jacking resistance is large,the design of pipe jacking machine head is particularly important.This paper designs and optimizes the structure of the head of the soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine.Determine the structural scheme of the head of the soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine,the jacking force of the computer head,the torque and speed of the cutter head,and select the driving motor of the cutter head according to these parameters.By calculating the speed of motor and cutter head,the transmission ratio of earth pressure balance pipe jacking machine head is obtained,and the appropriate reducer is selected.The three-dimensional solid model of the head of the soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine is established by Solidworks,and the three-dimensional model is imported into the Ansys finite element analysis software.The head is preprocessed and solved by adding materials,meshing and applying boundary conditions,so as to complete the modal analysis of the head.According to the modal analysis frequency results,it is greater than the working frequency of the motor and the rotation frequency of each part,indicating that the key parts of the head will not resonate.According to the modal shape,it is determined that the weak position of the head is at the spoke of the cutter head.The three-dimensional solid model of the head of the soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine is established by Solidworks,and the three-dimensional model is imported into the Ansys finite element analysis software.The head is preprocessed and solved by adding materials,meshing and applying boundary conditions,so as to complete the finite element analysis of the head.According to the modal analysis frequency results,it is greater than the working frequency of the motor and the rotation frequency of each part,indicating that the key parts of the head will not resonate.According to the results of static analysis,it is determined that the weak position of the head is at the spoke of the cutter head.According to the results of static analysis,the sizes of the weak parts of the nose and the cutterhead spokes are adjusted,and the adjusted cutterhead spokes with different sizes are analyzed by finite element method,and the optimized sizes of cutterhead spokes are determined according to the results of finite element analysis,realize the size optimization of cutterhead spokesFigure[34]Table[12]Reference[66]...
